Morning Vibes​:​ How Can You Start Your Morning with Positivity

Morning is the beginning part of the day. How you spend your whole day whether good or bad, it depends on Morning. So the morning is very important to make your day excellent. Most of us waste our morning without doing anything or thinking about what we should do or shouldn't. So I'm here to share some tremendous ideas to make your morning marvelous.


Wake up early:

We all are familiar with a proverb "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". To have a good day you have to have a morning. There is no option except rising early.
If you wake up early, you will have a long day and can accomplish more activities during the day. Many successful people in their lives used to wake up early and started to work. So to make your day successful, you should rise early. Apart from this, you can wake up early to feel the fresh air of the morning. Morning air is very helpful for health.
Morning air can give you positive energy and push you towards a positive day.


Watching Nature:

Watching or spending time with nature can give you positive vibes. Nature has healing power. Nature has the power to refresh your mind and enchant your heart with her beauty. Green nature is very helpful for eyesight. If you look at green nature ( leaf of trees, grass) after waking up early in the morning, you'll have a good eyesight. So watching nature or spending some time with nature can give you the positive vibes and refresh your mind for the whole day.


Drinking Tea:

While you will spend time with nature, you can make a friendship with a cup of tea.
A cup of tea can be the best partner at that moment. I prefer 'green tea'. This tea has lots of benefits for health. It not only makes your morning enjoyable and refreshing but also makes your health
good.


Prayer:

Start your day with the name of God. This is one of the best refreshing and positive energies a person can have. Morning prayer is a blessing from God. It helps you to keep your heart pure, protect from negativity, anxiety, bad words and actions. Moreover, you can make your day blissful by the morning prayer.


Yoga:

To keep your body fit, you can embrace Yoga. Morning is the best time to do yoga.
It will
make your mind fresh as well as help to maintain an attractive body figure. To do yoga, you can select your garden as a yoga place. If you don't have a garden, make your rooftop as a yoga place. Take a comfortable mat, do your favourite yoga posture and delight your morning.


Reading or Listening Music:

Reading and listening to music ( soothing music) is also a positive vibe. You can start your morning by reading a good book or an inspiring article which leads you towards positivity and makes your heart motivated for the whole day. Listening to soothing music in the morning can give peace to your ear, create a good impact on your mind and can keep yourself mentally refreshed for the whole day.

Morning Shower:

A morning shower is also a positive vibe. It'll help you to release from sleepiness and set your mind focus on your work.
You will feel relaxed after taking a shower in the morning. It is
definitely a good attempt before starting a long day.


A Good Breakfast:

A good breakfast can be a reason for a good day. If you want a good day, you have to take a healthy breakfast. George Eliot said, " No man can be wiser on an empty stomach".
An empty stomach can be the barrier to your work. You can't work properly with an empty stomach so you shouldn't start your day with an empty stomach. Taking a good and healthy breakfast to
fill you with positive energy.


Meditation:

Meditation is a good start of the morning. By doing meditation you can enclose your day with positive vibes. Meditation has the ability to purify your mind, the body as well as the soul. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety, control emotions and many more. It can help you to start your morning with positivity.

Avoid Mobile Phone:

The mobile phone is the anxiety of our daily life. Starting our morning with a mobile phone means welcome anxiety or negativity towards us. Though most of the people are starting their morning with a mobile phone. You should avoid the mobile phone in the morning as well as social media. If you start your morning by checking the mobile phone you may learn something negative which will kill your mood, your morning and the whole day as well. So it is better to keep yourself away from mobile and social media.Put it in charging in the meantime enjoy your morning.  

Last but not the least, greetings. Share your morning vibes by greeting others. Say 'Good Morning ' whoever you meet or talk. It will definitely make you and them smile. The smiley faces will encourage you and make your whole day superb.
