lots of things to maintain a healthy life. And nowadays, remaining healthy is a very tough

current pandemic situation. So, I'm going to share some health tips that actually help you to
get a healthy life.

Cleaning:

 Cleaning is the first thing which you have to do. Cleaning stops the spread of virus
and bacteria. Virus and bacteria are existing everywhere around us which we can't see. So,
cleaning up yourself is very important to save your life from viruses and bacteria. Not only
yourself but also every single thing you have to clean. It is better to use germicide while
cleaning up. Keep a hand sanitizer with you while going outside.

Drinking-Water:

 There are lots of benefits to drinking water, especially warm water. First of all, it will
increase your metabolism and help to melt your body fat. If you want good skin, you must
have to drink water properly. Drinking water helps to moist your mouth skin and protect your
skin from pimples, dark circles etc. It also helps to digest food and water regulates body
temperature. So you have to drink proper water to get good health. It is good to drink around
6 to 8-litre water a day.

Exercise:

 To make your body and health fit, you have to do exercise. You should spend 30
minutes a day doing exercise. It'll help you to control weight, reduce the risk of heart disease.
It also helps your body manage blood pressure and insulin level. Exercise is good for your body muscles and bones, as well as increases your energy level. Lots of benefits you will find
if you do exercise every day. Among all the exercises walking is best. You can burn 100 to
300 calories in 30 minutes by walking and also can improve your metabolism and many
more.
Eating Healthy:


 Good nutrition is one of the keys to a healthy life. For nutrition, eating healthy is very
important. You can maintain your health by keeping a balanced diet. Make a routine of
eating, eat fruits, vegetables and fatty fishes which can give you maximum vitamins, minerals
and proteins. Avoid junk food and street food as well. These types of food are very harmful
to health.

Sleep Properly:

 If you want to be a healthy person, you have to get proper sleep. Sleep keeps your heart
healthy, reduces stress, even it helps to lose your weight and surprising that it may help
prevent cancer. Sleep helps you to release from depression and relax your mind. A
good-night sleep can make your whole day happier.

Minimize Sugar and Salt Intake:

 High sugar intake is the worst thing for your health. A large amount of sugar can be
harmful to your metabolic health as well as it causes obesity, diabetes, heart disease.
On the other side, high salt intake can increase your blood pressure and cholesterol, risk of
kidney damage, heart attack and many more problems.

Eat Nuts and Eggs:

 Eating nuts every day can improve your health in several ways. Nuts help to reduce
cholesterol and heart disease. Nuts can provide lots of vitamin C, Magnesium and Selenium It is a great source of nutrients. Nuts help you to lose weight along with improving your
memory.

Eggs are also beneficial for health. Eggs are a good source of protein, including
vitamin B2, Selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12, Zinc, Iron and Copper. So, eating eggs every day
is good for health.

Avoid Smoke and Alcohol:

 Smoking is injurious to health as well as alcohol. We all are well known about the
effects of smoking and alcohol. Lung diseases, cancers, cardiovascular disease, liver diseases,
so many dangerous diseases happen because of smoking and alcohol. So you should avoid
smoking and alcohol to protect your health.

Prepare Food properly:


 Food gives you nutrition, food makes your health well. To prepare food in the correct
way is very important. First of all, you have to pick healthy food, wash it properly to make
your food germs and bacteria-free. Finally, cook your food properly at high temperature.
High temperature kills germs and bacteria.

Take Care of Your Heart:

 Depression, Stress, Tension, Loneliness are harmful to your health. To get good health,
you must take care of your heart and emotions. Talk to someone whom you can talk freely.
It'll help you to remove your loneliness. Listen to music, watch movies or read books to keep
your mind tensions and stress-free. Do meditation, it'll help you to release from depression.
